Business Intelligence
The EFACS Enterprise Business Intelligence Module further enhances the standard sales analysis and forecasting functionality, to produce sophisticated analytical reports on information held in the EFACS Enterprise system.
The information is presented to the User in the format of a cube allowing drag and drop interaction with the data being analysed. Cubes are developed using helpful wizards and can generate graphs and the facility to drill down through the information. The resultant data can be output as a printed report, e-mail attachment or directly passed to other desktop tools such as a word processor or spreadsheet. A comprehensive library of standard cubes representing each module within EFACS Enterprise is supplied.
This allows users to generate their own custom designed, powerful reports and Key Performance Indicators quickly and easily without the need for detailed technical expertise. For day to day reporting requirements, EFACS Enterprise also provides many standard reports and interactive query screens for viewing information such as outstanding works orders, work-to-lists, purchasing requirements, invoices, statements, credit notes and much more.
