RAD Solutions: PARTIAL WORKS ORDER COMPLETION WITH BACK FLUSH (PWCB)

Partial Works Order Completion with Back flush (PWCP) is a Radio Inventory Bridge (RIB) module for EFACS which allows users to book finished product to an EFACS warehouse / Location as it comes off the production line.

By utilizing the RIB KITI module, RIB PWCB will calculate based on the quantity being received and how much of the currently allocated raw material issues to be consumed/issued against the order.

RIB PWCB provides similar functionality to the standard EFACS module prompting the user for and validating against:

• Source warehouse / location (from which RAW materials are to be consumed)
• Destination warehouse / location (where finished products are to be received)
• Works order number
• Quantity

The stock issues will all be against the active allocation on the works order and based on the quantity being received.

Please note: as a prerequisite, RIB PWCB requires the installation of the RIB Work In Progress Material Kit Issue (KITI) module.

RIB PWCB can also be used in EFACS without the back flushing option, simply allowing the booking of finished product to stock.
